Training
We offer a number of training classes to help your telecommunications and IT departments get the most from your Unimax products and solutions. Training classes can be provided either remotely or onsite. Training can be arranged according to your schedule and specific needs. Classes include:
New User Training
- 2nd Nature training for new users covers the application framework and administration of managed systems. Hands-on labs are included and use Unimax demo data. New user training includes System Administrator Training.
System Administrator Training
- Unimax offers advanced System Administrator Training for 2nd Nature power users and system administrators.
Train the Trainer
- Train the trainer sessions are designed to create “super users” who can train other users. These sessions include New User Training for one or more managed systems and System Administrator Training.
Upgrade Training
- Upgrade Training is designed to review new functionality and features added during major software releases. Upgrade Training assumes some familiarity with 2nd Nature.
New Managed System Training
- Training for new managed systems is primarily for existing customers who are adding a new application to their 2nd Nature environment.
Customized Training
- Unimax will help you design custom training classes to achieve your specific goals and objectives. Examples include training for setting up notifications, using user-defined fields, etc.
