MINNEAPOLIS, June 20, 2007 --- Unimax, a leading provider of voice administration applications, today announced the general availability of Version 6.4 of its patented 2nd Nature® software. The latest release supports compatibility with newer versions of call management platforms from Avaya and Cisco. The new version also strengthens support for a number of operating systems, enhances visibility to pending change orders, boosts performance and provides improved scheduling functionality.
The latest version of 2nd Nature extends its compatibility to additional versions of popular PBX and message networking systems including: Avaya Message Networking Server, Avaya Modular Messaging, Cisco Unity, and Cisco CallManager. These new versions expand 2nd Nature’s industry-leading compatibility base, which includes a broad range of models and versions from leading telecommunications vendors Avaya, Cisco, Nortel and others.
Version 6.4 also offers enhanced support for a number of core infrastructure platforms, including: Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express, Microsoft Windows Vista, Oracle 10g, and VMware.
