Life After Mailbox Manager: An Update and Your Next Step
Avaya Mailbox Manager is an administration application for managing various Avaya messaging systems. For years, Mailbox Manager was bundled with Avaya’s Aria, Serenade, Intuity, and Modular Messaging systems. Today, thousands of Avaya customers are successfully using Mailbox Manager to administer their messaging systems. Recently, however, it was announced that Avaya would move Mailbox Manager to an End of Life status, and that the recommended replacement product would be Unimax’s 2nd Nature. This session will explore the differences between Mailbox Manager and 2nd Nature. The session will include customer examples illustrating the process/benefits associated with the upgrade and a live product demonstration.

Single Interface Administration for Avaya and Nortel
While not much is yet known about the details surrounding Avaya’s acquisition of Nortel, one thing is certain, customers from both companies will soon become one family.
