Phil Moen --- Chief Executive Officer
Phil brings strong leadership skills and sales management expertise gathered from his more than 14 years in the software technology industry. Prior to joining Unimax, Phil held various executive business management roles at leading technology companies, including SoftBrands, Inc. (formerly Fourth Shift) and Epicor. Most recently, he was responsible for developing a $100 million sales channel including more than 100 third-party sales representatives. Phil holds a B.S. degree in general business, sales and marketing from St. Cloud State University and is CPIM certified.
Mike Aeling --- Chief Financial Officer
Mike is responsible for the accounting, finance and human resource responsibilities at Unimax. He brings a strong business and financial background to the company. Mike joined Unimax in 1994 as Controller, and in 2006, was promoted to the role of Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Unimax, Mike held managerial positions at the University of Colorado and Marriott Corporation. Mike holds B.S. degrees in philosophy and child psychology from the University of San Diego and a B.S. degree in accounting from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management.
Teresa Dixon --- Director of Product Management
Teresa is responsible for defining, developing, and delivering product strategy for the company. Teresa joined Unimax in 1996. At Unimax, she has moved from lead technical engineering positions to managing various vendor business relationships to defining which products and services best meet the needs of the converged enterprise system management market. Prior to joining Unimax, Teresa spent 13 years at Unisys where she held lead positions in Engineering, Product Management, and Project Management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Honors Degree in Math and Quantitative Methods from the University of St. Thomas.
Rose Ernst --- Director of Client Services
Rose brings 20 years of consulting services experience to Unimax. Rose began her consulting career designing and implementing systems for the first private telecommunications company in her homeland, New Zealand. She moved from there to an IT consulting role in the telecom industry in England and Europe, ultimately transferring to a similar position with her employer in the United States. Rose has held consulting positions at Price Waterhouse and Oracle delivering business process reengineering and global applications systems implementations. For the past five years, Rose has led professional services teams, both in the US and abroad, in the formulation and delivery of software-enabled business solutions, managing major accounts throughout the United States, Asia-Pacific and Europe.
Dave Myers --- Director of Engineering
Dave is responsible for all new product development at Unimax including research, engineering, quality assurance, and documentation. In the past, he worked in Honeywell’s corporate research lab developing both hardware and software systems for a variety of industries including telecommunications, energy management, process control, commercial space, and avionics. After Honeywell, Dave worked at StorageTek where he was responsible for the development of high performance network security and enterprise-class storage virtualization products. Prior to joining Unimax, Dave was part of Cisco Systems where his team developed the world’s first iSCSI router used to bridge LAN and SAN environments. Dave has a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Minnesota, Institute of Technology.
Todd Remely --- Director of Marketing
Todd oversees marketing communications at Unimax. He is responsible for developing and executing the company’s marketing vision and strategy, including advertising, lead generation, and public relations. Todd brings 12 years of marketing and business experience to Unimax. Before joining the company, Todd co-founded a real estate development firm and held various marketing positions at industry-leading technology companies in the enterprise software sector, including DataWorks, Platinum Software, Epicor, and Arena Solutions.
