Margaret Loftus—- Unimax Chairperson, former Vice President of Software for Cray Research, Inc., Director of Analysts International and Datalink Corporation

Margaret has served as a Director and Chairperson of Unimax since 1991. Since 1989, she has been a partner of Loftus Brown-Wescott, Inc., a business consulting firm, which she co-founded. She began her career with Control Data Corporation in 1965 after earning a B.S. degree in mathematics from Oklahoma State University. In 1976, Margaret joined Cray Research, Inc. and assumed the role of Vice President of Software in 1980. She was responsible for creating Cray’s software division and developing it to an organization of 350 people in six locations around the world. She resigned from Cray in 1987 and became a business advisor and independent consultant. Margaret serves as a Director on the boards of Analysts International Corporation, Datalink Corporation, and several private technology-based businesses, and as a trustee of the Babbage Foundation.

William Heidrich—- General Partner of the Star Capital Investment partnership, General Partner of the Hackmeyer-Heidrich commercial real estate partnership

William was elected a Director of Unimax in 1995. Since 1991, he has been a private investor. Prior to becoming a private investor, William was employed by the Memphis Brooks Museum of Art from 1986 to 1991 and served as its Director beginning in 1989. As the museum’s Chief Executive Officer, William was responsible for all aspects of museum operations. He is also a trustee at Bradley University as well as a general partner of the Star Capital Investment partnership and the Hackmeyer-Heidrich commercial real estate partnership.

Andrew Hunkins—- Founder and former CEO of Unimax, founder and CEO of BusyKeeper, LLC

Andrews brings a unique set of leadership experience to Unimax as a pioneer of Unimax’s industry-recognized application framework 2nd Nature. Since 2007, he has been CEO of BusyKeeper LLC, an Internet software company. Andrew holds two patents in disparate data synchronization and authored the ECTF M.001 specification and coauthored the M.100 specification, two vendor-independent standards for computer telephony application and server management. As a well-known industry leader, he has been a featured speaker at global telecommunications industry events. Andrew has also served as chairman and president of the Enterprise Computer Telephony Forum (ECTF).

Phil Moen—- Unimax President and CEO

Phil brings strong leadership skills and sales management expertise gathered from his more than 14 years in the software technology industry. Prior to joining Unimax, Phil held various executive business management roles at leading technology companies, including SoftBrands, Inc. (formerly Fourth Shift) and Epicor. Most recently, he was responsible for developing a $100 million sales channel including more than 100 third-party sales representatives. Phil holds a B.S. degree in general business, sales and marketing from St. Cloud State University and is CPIM certified.

B. Richard Vogen—- Founder, former Chairperson and President of VocamSystems

Richard, following a 20-year career with Control Data Corporation, founded Vocam Systems in 1985. He served as its President and Chairman until Pitney Bowes acquired the company in 1990. He continued to serve as President of Vocam until June 1994. Since that date, he has continued his interest in early stage businesses, serving on the Boards of Directors of several such companies, as well as advisory boards, and performing financial, management, and software consulting to a number of clients, including Pitney Bowes. He also has been active supporting the development of programs and students at the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management, and St. Olaf College. Since 1999, Richard has also served on the Board of Directors for the James J. Hill Business Reference Library.
